RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are eligible for return ONLY. Customers are to note that they shall bear the courier charges when returning the items to Virtual Vendors Pte Ltd; parcels are to be traceable by a registered tracking ID and we are not responsible for the loss of items prior receiving the return parcel. Value of the items will be refunded as cash after deducting the admin and handling fee of 20% fee on price paid per item, upon receiving the returned item(s).
LOCAL ORDERS
All sales are final. We take utmost care in the products we carry and pack for your convenience. Virtual Vendors Pte Ltd will provide one-time free exchange policy for all local orders if the item(s) sent is incorrect, defective or wrong size and reimbursement of postage via bank transfer or in terms of cash.
All sale and clearance items of 50% off and above are not exchangeable nor refundable.
For all item(s) excluding sale and clearance items above 50% off that are not to buyer’s liking due to the fitting, design or colour, Virtual Vendors Pte Ltd will only provide a return policy in a form of Fbrand online store voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s), which is also to be done in a case-by-case basis.
Only full priced item(s) are valid for a refund and item(s) must be returned to us via postage or dropping them at our office. The refund will be processed via the payment method used for the order
All pieces within the same order must be consolidated and returned as one, any subsequent returns of the same order made after the first, will not be entertained.
Item(s) is to return within 14 working days from date of delivery and returns without confirmation by Virtual Vendors Pte Ltd will not be entertained.
Item(s) approved for exchange and return should be returned via trackable mode of delivery.
Shipping charges for returning and sending exchanged item(s) back to your shipping address have to be borne by you.

Virtual Vendors Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject returns if the item(s) received is in an unsuitable condition and incomplete – worn out, washed, altered, stained, missing tag, pieces, accessories and packaging.
All other prevailing return policy applies. Certain products are not liable for exchange and return due to hygiene purposes such as bra tops and bra paddings.
The Management of Virtual Vendors Pte Ltd reserves all rights to change the terms & conditions without prior notice and in assigning any valid reason.
